As technicians, each day we are faced with having to develop our work in the context of an increasingly rigid rules. The Technical Building Code, planning regulations or municipal ordinances along with a number of other standards of performance and special laws governing our work every day.
There are many doubts and questions that arise with landlords and property managers when trying to make updates or alterations to their homes or farms.
The technicians duty is to inform their clients based on the experience gained over the years working "on the front line." It is exactly this experience that we reflect in this section of POLICY , hoping to make each new project with other experience and new knowledge to share.
