WAREHOUSE IN STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION IN AN ACTION This intervention stems from the need of the owners of a shop to turn it into housing for parental visits elderly it or considering the possibility of renting. The restaurant is located on ground floor with easy access from the street, and overlooks a yard light in the rear facade. The
intervention is based on the processing of building permits for MAJOR CHANGE OF USE shop at home. Of commercial premises may be granted a two-bedroom apartment with a sink and a toilet, a room for storage and laundry and a dining room / kitchen of 45 m2. All with minimal intervention and cost. Work began on October 15 and ESTNA completion scheduled for early January 2011.
