Small Wholes By You Butt

The proposal is simple and concrete, leaving behind decades of fruitless discussions, turning spinning in a vacuum, and start planning, in earnest, with the criterion of greatness and statesmanlike vision, the future of concrete economic and social development can and must-be realized from the construction in Misiones and Corrientes, one of the major poles of hydroelectric generation in Argentina. It is a very concrete fact that Argentina needs to have huge additional quantities of electricity, not only to sustain the strong economic growth palpable and evident, but also to respond to normal vegetative growth, which tends to accentuate the hand of the ever increasing use of electricity as irreplaceable input of health, education, safety, recreation and home comfort. It is also undeniable that as much as possible, we need to leave the electrical grid heavily dependent on oil, natural gas and petroleum and replace it with renewable energy, primarily to replace the consumption of these scarce and increasingly expensive fuels, but also to realize environmental savings means avoiding those astronomical amounts of fossil fuels. Without doubt the best alternative, in Argentina and the world is hydropower, and so shown by both countries that used for decades and almost all water potentials (USA, EU, Japan), as all dumps as strongly to the development of emerging powers (Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Turkey, etc.) , all of which gave priority to the strong growth of hydropower in their power matrices. In this case, we need people and government of Misiones and Corrientes, take and defend a strongly proactive attitude to proper use and specifically to large hydro binational centers as powerful catalysts for development. For Corpus, PanambĂ GarabĂ and are powerful drivers of development in their areas direct influences, and throughout the territory of two provinces (Misiones and Corrientes), should continue to work without wasting time on trifles inconclusive. One must think not only abundant energy and cheap cost (it will reach users only cheap if you sort the mismanagement and inefficiencies that seem chronic EMSA, the DPEC and several electric cooperatives), also should be planned industrial parks (but Seriously, not mere imitations inconclusive, as it was done in some villages in Misiones), drinking water and sewers installed massively in all areas related to the works (even those located in watersheds that drain into the future reservoirs); new hospital complex and diverse child health units, new and better technical schools that provide the workforce will need a deep industrial restructuring of the now poor matrix production of these two provinces, deep urban redesign beautify and dignify the localities, including beautiful slabs in many cases, improvements in roads, including design of highways in the entire length of Route 12, Route 14 and several of his connections in Misiones (and similar works in Corrientes), extensions and rail networks reconstruction of the former Ferrocarril General Urquiza, ports with modern technology and operational capability in both rivers, now underutilized commercially, creation of new provincial parks and protected areas, ecotourism adapted to receive and of course the correct use of the royalties, which are not exactly a minor issue. But a concept that seems forgotten, and that will be in no more than three decades a powerful factor in development, is to specify that these three parties Argentine monumental works, which become the property of Misiones and Corrientes, in each individual case - with which our two provinces not only ensure correct usage, but will have available large annual income, to be seen every day in perpetuity. It's like having three formidable giant oil fields, and also inexhaustible. Although undoubtedly be quite logical, since these transfers concrete from the end of payment periods of the works will require strong policy action to perform very well-founded from the technical, for which we should all be working very intensely and consistently, from scientific and technical excellence. And none of that seems to be getting either in Misiones and Corrientes! Missionaries and Corrientes, in fact, that time is pressing, rather than the perennial powers are central to these enormous revenues that rightfully belong to us! By: Carlos A.
